SelkoDialog Terms of Service & Privacy Policy (for End Users)

SelkoDialog is an AI-powered platform used by companies ("Customers") to conduct automated user interviews. SelkoDialog acts only as a Data Processor on behalf of the Customer, who is the Data Controller.

• SelkoDialog collects your personal data (e.g., name, email, interview responses) solely on behalf of the Customer.
• Your data is used exclusively for the purposes described by the Customer, detailed in their separate privacy or data usage notice, which you should review.

• The Customer is responsible for clearly explaining to you why your data is collected and how it will be used. They are also responsible for managing your data rights requests (access, correction, deletion, etc.).
• SelkoDialog processes your data strictly according to the Customer's instructions.

SelkoDialog takes appropriate technical measures to secure your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as required by the Customer or applicable laws. Once instructed by the Customer, we delete your data permanently.

To exercise your data privacy rights (such as accessing, correcting, or deleting your data), please contact the Customer directly.

SelkoDialog may use subprocessors (such as cloud hosting providers or AI processing services) to deliver our services. We ensure these subprocessors also comply with strict data protection standards.

SelkoDialog may update this policy occasionally. Any significant changes will be clearly communicated.
