SelkoDialog Terms of Service

SelkoDialog provides an AI-based platform allowing you to conduct automated user interviews, collect responses, and analyze insights from your users ("End Users").

• You are the Data Controller, responsible for determining the purpose of data collection.
• SelkoDialog acts as your Data Processor, handling data solely on your behalf according to your instructions.

• You must clearly inform End Users how you will use their data and obtain appropriate consent or lawful basis.
• You agree to comply with all applicable data protection and privacy laws, including GDPR.

• We process End User data solely according to your instructions.
• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data.
• Upon termination of this agreement, we will delete or return data at your request.

You may purchase credits from SelkoDialog. Each credit allows you to conduct one regular interview using our chat-based user interface. A regular interview consists of up to a maximum of 30 messages sent by the AI agent. One credit is consumed when the interview begins. Credits remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and expire automatically thereafter.

SelkoDialog commits to providing reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7, excluding occasional maintenance periods. Support inquiries can be directed to [support@selkodialog.com].

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during this agreement.

Neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the Service, except for breaches involving confidentiality or data security.

If SelkoDialog is, for any reason, held liable for any damages, the total liability will be limited to the amount the customer has paid for the Service.

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data.

These Terms are governed by Finnish law, with jurisdiction in the courts of Finland.

SelkoDialog may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

SelkoDialog processes personal data provided by you strictly on your documented instructions.

Types of Data Processed: Name, email, interview responses, and any other information collected during user interviews.

Purpose: Conducting and analyzing user interviews via AI to provide insights.

Sub-processors: SelkoDialog may engage trusted sub-processors such as hosting providers and AI infrastructure providers. We ensure each sub-processor complies with GDPR requirements. You can request a full list of our current sub-processors.

Security Measures: We implement industry-standard measures to protect data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

Breach Notification: We will promptly notify you upon becoming aware of any breach affecting your data.

Audit Rights: You have the right to audit our compliance with these obligations once per calendar year at your expense, with reasonable prior notice.

Data Deletion/Return: Upon termination of services or your written request, we will delete or return all your data promptly.
